Yoga is Gentle

My teaching philosophy is to make yoga accessible, enjoyable and rewarding for all students - regardless of their age, background, size, shape, physical fitness or level of experience.

Since I came to yoga in my later years I know what it is like to experience limitations, so I am more aware of offering options so everyone can participate.

I my classes you will learn, withe practice, where your perfect stretch is. Use your breath to release tension and stress and to increase energy.

Yoga is gentle.

I have been practicing yoga for nine years but only recently achieved my Hatha Yoga certificate Level 1 and have been teaching since 2015.

My classes consist of Pranayama (breathing exercise), Asana (postures), Relaxation and Meditation.
